Authorisation

I authorise Klinora Limited to prepare, issue, store and make available customer service invoices in my name and on my behalf for cleaning services I supply through the Klinora marketplace.

My information

I confirm that I will keep the following information accurate:

1. Legal or trading name.
2. Address where legally required.
3. VAT status and VAT number where applicable.
4. Any other information legally required on an invoice.

VAT

Klinora will include VAT only after my VAT status has been verified and only from the approved effective date.

I remain responsible for my VAT registration, VAT returns and records.

Records and corrections

Klinora will retain invoice records under the approved retention policy.

Where an invoice contains an error, Klinora may issue a corrected invoice or credit document. Historical invoices will not be silently overwritten.

Nature of the arrangement

This authorisation permits Klinora to generate invoices as marketplace agent for me.

It is not intended to create a formal self billing arrangement unless a separate compliant agreement is introduced.

Withdrawal

I may request withdrawal of this authorisation. Withdrawal may mean that I am no longer finance ready or able to accept new work through Klinora.

Withdrawal does not invalidate invoices already properly issued.

Withdrawal process: Pending confirmation: accountant and solicitor approved notice and active booking treatment

Acceptance evidence

Klinora records my account, document version and acceptance time.
